Pickup and In Store
If you have exchanges you need to make, remember that our policy is 15 days from purchase for pickup or delivery for shipping. It cannot be worn, exposed to cigarette smoke or pet hair, or have makeup on the collar or any other damage. We do store credit or exchanges only. Exchanges can’t be used to reserve items until they are back in the store.
I do NOT accept returns or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Due to the nature of the following items they are not eligible to be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective. They are:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale more than 30% off

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
